My hair physics example project for #Live2D is released! 🙏 I've included quite a few different types of methods, and I think the various concepts can be applied to really any type of clothing/accessory physics as well. #VTuberAssets

Alternate to Skinning/ How I often deform hair.
.. but on a cucumber lolP.s. I use the temporary path deformer instead of temp rotation deformer sometimes for wavy hair since the bend is more organic. #Live2D pic.twitter.com/anI9XAh2T0

Glue can be a bit weird, and to be honest I wouldn't say I have a perfect grasp on it 😂 but I think this tutorial kind of covers the way I generally use it. https://t.co/MswDPaDRps

Glue on frills can make it easier! 💧
You can make pseudo height maps using glue by copy and pasting the artmesh on itself, glue it, and fine tune the glue weights to make it look 3Dish in appearance.

I hoped to release example file of this in the future but if you already know how to work with glue the concept is pretty simple :>
Pretty useful if your character design have hanging elements like cables ties etc pic.twitter.com/4iJAmBoWVk— Ran 🐲 Live2D Animator (@pixelvertice) May 10, 2023
This one is good for conditional tail rigginghttps://t.co/1l5e8fjDGy
And this is a normal tail rig using path deformer skinning!
