I finally did my first artist alley here in Canada!
It wasn’t a very big con, but the sales were good enough to make the table back and it was a very good opportunity to get started. I didn’t talk to as many people as I wanted (shyness very strong), but the few I did talk to were very nice and fun!
I finished figuring out the display very last minute, but I’m actually very pleased with how it came out. I’ve been building my brand out of this yellow-purple combo, and I wasn’t expecting to be able to make the display match it right from the first con! (specially since I got the table cloth the day before at dollarama – got really lucky with the color!)
Tbh the main reason why I want to do cons nowadays is because I wanna meet new people, so I hope I get to do more this year (´▽｀*) Haven’t had the chance to make many friends locally because of COVID
